These terms explain the basic rules for using Softball Gypsy’s tournament discovery, pickup coordination, account, and contact tools.

Softball Gypsy helps travel softball families, players, coaches, and teams discover tournament weekends, post pickup needs, share player availability, and request contact around real softball opportunities. Do not use the service for spam, recruiting misrepresentation, harassment, scraping, or activity unrelated to softball coordination.
You are responsible for the information submitted through your account. Use accurate role, team, player, location, availability, and contact details. Do not create fake users, fake players, fake teams, fake coaches, fake public activity, or accounts that impersonate another person or organization.
Softball Gypsy is not a Kids Category app and is intended for parent, guardian, coach, and team-representative use. Youth player information should be parent-managed and limited to softball context such as age group, positions, availability, general location, and tournament interest. Do not submit home addresses, school schedules, private contact details, sensitive personal details, or other information that is not needed for pickup coordination.
You keep responsibility for profile text, team details, availability posts, pickup requests, contact requests, thread replies, safety reports, and other user-submitted content. Keep contact respectful, softball-specific, and tied to a real opportunity. Softball Gypsy may remove content, restrict access, or preserve limited records when needed for safety, moderation, support, legal compliance, or service integrity.
Tournament Radar is an informational discovery tool. Tournament cards may summarize public organizer information, user submissions, and official source links, but Softball Gypsy does not run tournaments, handle registration, collect tournament fees, control schedules, or guarantee eligibility. Always confirm dates, fees, rules, roster limits, location, insurance, and registration directly with the official organizer.
The app includes support links, contact-thread reporting, participant blocking, notification preferences, and account deletion. Report concerning contact or inaccurate information through the in-app safety tools or the contact page. Account deletion removes or starts removal of app-owned account data as described in the privacy policy and any operational/legal retention requirements.
Softball Gypsy may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the pickup network grows. Tournament feeds, alerts, matching, admin tools, sponsorship placements, and premium features may change during early access and launch phases. The service is provided as available, and users should not rely on it as the only source for time-sensitive tournament or safety information.
Core account access, posting, browsing, contact requests, safety controls, support, privacy, and account deletion are intended to remain available without a paid subscription. Future subscriptions, boosts, sponsorships, or advertising must follow the subscription policy, in-app disclosure, Apple purchase rules, and youth-safety limits before public paid entry points are enabled.
