Softball Gypsy is a public tournament discovery site with simple lead capture for future pickup and alert tools.

Tournament browsing is public and does not require an account. If you submit a tournament, request Player Pickup Network early access, request alerts, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as name, email, role, city/state, age group interests, positions, tournament context, and notes.
We use submitted information to review missing tournaments, respond to site questions, understand early access interest, send early access or alert follow-up, and improve Tournament Radar. Softball Gypsy does not handle tournament registration or payments.
We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand page traffic, device type, browsers, and general engagement. Analytics events are designed to avoid names, emails, player notes, or sensitive minor-related details.
Softball Gypsy uses Vercel for hosting and analytics, Supabase for backend storage, and Resend for email delivery. These services process data needed to operate the website and forms.
Do not submit private information about minors, including home addresses, school schedules, phone numbers, private roster data, or personal contact details. Parent-managed player interest should stay limited to basic softball availability context.
Tournament cards link back to official organizer sources. Always confirm dates, pricing, eligibility, rules, roster limits, and registration directly with the organizer.
