Subscriptions
This policy explains how Softball Gypsy handles current free access, future premium features, App Store subscriptions, boosts, sponsorships, cancellation, and refunds.

Softball Gypsy currently keeps public paid feature entry points hidden until App Store Connect products are approved, subscription terms are final, and backend entitlement enforcement has been smoke-tested. The app may still include local StoreKit architecture, admin review tools, and product metadata while paid features are being prepared.
Core account access, tournament browsing, profile setup, basic player availability posts, basic team pickup needs, contact requests, safety reporting, blocking, support, privacy, and account deletion are not intended to be hidden behind a subscription.
The planned Founding Member offer is $4.99/month while active for early access to the premium connection layer. Benefits may include pickup needs, player availability, premium alerts, saved search convenience, listing management tools, and matching support, but final benefits will be shown in the app before purchase.
When subscriptions are available in the iOS app, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge the account within 24 hours before renewal according to the selected plan and App Store rules.
You can manage or cancel App Store subscriptions in Apple account settings on your device. Deleting a Softball Gypsy account or removing the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; cancellation must be handled through Apple subscription settings.
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. If you believe a purchase has a technical issue inside Softball Gypsy, contact us with the product, approximate purchase date, and device details so we can investigate the app-side entitlement or fulfillment state.
A future Featured Pickup Boost may be offered as a consumable paid placement for a real player availability post or team pickup need. Boosts must remain softball-specific, clearly labeled where required, time-limited, subject to moderation, and limited so urgent posts do not overwhelm safety or trust.
Sponsorship and advertising inventory should be softball-relevant, manually reviewed, clearly disclosed, and capped. Softball Gypsy does not intend to target sponsor or ad placements from sensitive minor profile details, and paid placements should not appear inside contact request composition.
